Off the Wall Gallery
Check our schedule for exhibits of community and regional artists.
We strive to expose the community to a variety of media, artist styles,
and skill levels. The opening night of each showing includes an opportunity to ‘Meet the Artist’.
Seasoned artists may contact our office to submit artwork for the gallery. New and emerging artists are welcome
to submit through our Aspiring Artists Program. The visual arts committee
is looking for innovative or thought provoking ideas as well as traditional styles. Several artists may submit one form as
a group show. Applications are accepted year round.
Rotating Art Exhibit
Visit our temporary cultural art exhibit in the foyer of the Balch Springs Library-Learning Center. A new exhibit, installed by local historian, Marilyn Kosanke, is installed every three months and focuses on items of historic interest. The exhibit is free and open to the public during center hours.
